Towne Bank opened in 1999 around a simple idea: local bankers who stay with the people they serve. The story the bank tells starts small, even a two-car garage, and grows into a full-service community bank.
Four reported lines
The 2025 annual report lists Banking, Mortgage, Insurance, and Resort Vacation Management. Banking was 80.79% of that year’s consolidated net income.
On January 12, 2026, Dogwood State Bank became a division of TowneBank. Day-to-day accounts are still personal and business banking. Investments sit under wealth.
